A few steps, tofu is made:

1. soak soybean (cold for 8-12 hours, and 4-8 hours in hot weather)

2. grind Soybean milk, filter and cook (boil in high fire and cook for 5-8 minutes)

3. order: cook to about 80 degrees, stir soybean milk and pour into melted brine slowly

(brine, vinegar, gypsum can be used), mix well and then stand still

4. forming: when the soybean milk is lumped, the bean flower appears, pour it into the mold which has been laid with cotton yarn filter cloth, and compact and form
